Energy Efficiency Upgrades...with  no CapEx!

Realuxe identifies, designs and implements energy efficiency upgrades for commercial buildings and offers special off-balance sheet financing, rebates, tax incentives and grants. ​

 

Qualifying commercial properties include:

  • Commercial – business, hospitality, hotel, mixed-use, office, multifamily (4+ units), retail, and senior living.

  • Agricultural & Industrial – manufacturing, food processing, and many other facilities of this type.

  • Non-Profit – churches, private schools, co-ops, etc.

Energy/water efficiency measures include:

  • Energy efficiency – lighting, HVAC, control systems for lighting and HVAC, windows, roofing, insulation, kitchen equipment, appliances, and more.

  • Water efficiency – low flush/low flow fixtures, gray water recycling systems, and more.

  • Renewable energy – solar, geothermal, windmill, combined heat/power (CHP) systems, and more.

​There are many building improvement measures that can be coupled into an energy efficiency project including:

​

  • Environmental hazards – mold and asbestos remediation, lead mitigation, heavy metal removal, PFAS in drinking water, and projects that limit damage in natural disasters/floods.

  • Project disturbances – if an energy efficiency measure requires the demolition of drywall, flooring, etc. those costs can be recovered.

Non-energy efficiency measures can be financed into an energy efficiency upgrade. The costs of such measures can be “buried” in the energy financing, making them non-cost-prohibitive.
